A Mindset for Service Design: A Logic to the Madness, Part 3

Now more than ever we need to begin to consider shifting our mindsets as the world we live in shifts around us. We have a window, a fleeting chance to design anew how we work and play and learn. A tangible chance to design some elements of the ‘total service system’ we call society.

This conclusion of the three-part series contextualizes the understandings developed in the previous talks into actionable methods for designers.

This event was held in collaboration with Service Design Pittsburgh and the Service Design Network chapters of Atlanta and Washington, D.C.

Many thanks to our featured speaker, Maurício Manhães, Professor at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD).
